Going cashless reduces queues, simplifies the payment process, and helps you keep track of your spending. Upon arrival, you will receive your wristband after your entry pass (ticket) has been validated.
How does it work?
Download the app
Using the app (which you can download HERE), you can top up your wallet and transfer the balance to your wristband to make payments at the event.
How do I top up my wallet?
Open the app, enter the event, click “Add,” and select the amount you wish to top up. We recommend topping up your credit before the event to avoid queues.
Where do I pick up my wristband?
Upon entry, after your ticket has been validated, you will be given a wristband.
How do I pair the bracelet?
Open the app and enter the event, tap “Pair,” and follow the on-screen instructions—it’s incredibly easy!
How do I transfer the credit to the wristband?
Once you have topped up your wallet, simply click the ‘Transfer credits’ button on the event page.
FAQ
Do I absolutely have to keep the wristband after the event?
It depends! You must keep the wristband if you want to claim a refund for any remaining credit and topped up at a physical checkout during the event rather than via the app. If you topped up using the app, your account is already linked to the wristband, so you can simply request a refund through the dedicated section on Slesh.
Can I check my credit and expenses?
Yes, you can use the app to monitor your remaining balance and all the transactions or top-ups you have made. If you prefer not to use the app, you can check your remaining balance at any point of sale or at the checkout.
Can I load money using cash or a card without the app?
You can also top up your credit at the top-up points (cash desks), where you can pay by card or in cash. Please note,
however, that in order to receive a refund for any remaining credit, you will still need to download the app and link it to
your wristband. This is necessary so that you can provide us with the IBAN to which we can credit the unused balance.
Is there a cost for the user?
The service is free of charge. There are no top-up fees, and you can choose the exact amount to load onto the wristband by entering it in the app or by asking the staff at the checkout. The only potential charge is a €1.00 processing fee if you request a refund. Refunds can be claimed for the remaining balance on the wristband after the event, provided the amount is at least €2.00.
How do I request a refund?
It’s very simple—you can do it directly via the dedicated section of the app. If you topped up your wristband at the checkout, it is very important to keep it, as the refund must be requested through the app. After the event, you will need to link the wristband (with its remaining credit) to the app and request the refund.
What if I don't have internet?
No problem; you can top up your wristband directly at the checkout using cash or card—the system works the same way.

This system allows us to:
- offer a better user experience by reducing queues, enabling the tracking of all expenses, and allowing for a more flexible event experience—free from cards, cash, and the like;
- encourage the use of electronic payments over cash;
- monitor purchasing statistics to improve our food and beverage offerings in the future.
